Jugaadify Warranty Guidelines :
- The Jugaadify warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the Jugaadify products and is non- transferable.
- The warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category and is at the sole discretion of Jugaadify.
- Warranty services of Jugaadify can only be availed by presenting a valid proof of purchase by the customers.
- Jugaadify warranty applies only for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions as mentioned in the manual and the purpose for which the product was designed.
- Jugaadify warranty coverage shall only be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
- Jugaadify shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
- Jugaadify will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest to its customers, in cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
Warranty is not applicable for the following instances:
- If the Jugaadify product is not used/handled as per the manual comes with the product at the time of purchase.
- If the Jugaadify products presented for warranty support are more than the warranty timespan mentioned above from the date of purchase mentioned in the proof of purchase. For certain product categories, support services shall be provided on chargeable basis as out-of-warranty cases
- If there are any damage to the product due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, liquid spillage of any kind on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use and defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
- Any issues related look and feel, colour, intentional physical damage, low sound quality due to the accumulation of dust and dirt, deterioration of the aesthetic components due to regular wear & tear and usage.
- Jugaadify products purchased from unauthorised sales channels and unauthorised sellers.
